TRAIL BLAIZERS & NEWCOMERS
The 37th International Congress on Assessment Centre Methods will, together with the 33rd Annual ACSG Conference, take place from 11 - 15 March 2013 at Spier, Stellenbosch. Delegates can look forward to presentations by leading international practitioners, researchers and trail blazers when it comes to Assessment Centres. Meet some of the founders of Assessment Centres such as George Thornton and Bill Byham and exciting newcomers like Brian Hoffman, Martin Lanik and Alyssa Gibbons.
OPEN SPACE & SPEAKERS CORNER
The various Open Space sessions will allow you to engage with a number of local and international experts in the field. Following the successful piloting of the Speakers Corner concept last year, the conference will offer you the choice of attending these interactive sessions again and we have extended this even further by adding the Boardroom Discussions.
WORKSHOPS
You will notice that the programme (download it HERE) also accommodates of the additional learning opportunities that Work Dynamics offers. The ACSG Academy will be presenting two training workshops on the Monday and Tuesday preceding the conference and are privileged to have George Thornton as one of the presenters of the Design and Development of an Assessment Centre Training. On the Wednesday we are offering seven pre-conference workshops - three in the morning and four in the afternoon. This learning is further enhanced by an opening address by seasoned Talent Management Practitioner, Geeva Pillay from The Department of Public Service and Administration.
