Payment of course fees:

Upon receipt of your booking request we will send you confirmation as well as an invoice that needs to be settled in full prior to the training event. Full payment must be received more than 5 working days before a course to guarantee your seat.

Cancellations

Due to the fact that the venue has to be reserved and participants buy their flights in advance to benefit from reasonable air fares, a refund upon cancellation is not possible. If it is necessary to cancel, you can send someone else in your place.
